TICIT was founded as a Software Project Implementation company that grew rapidly. Having carved out a small niche market in the telecommunications industry, TICIT quickly gained expertise in this vertical and began evolving into a services based organization providing application development, data warehousing/conversion, and business intelligence solutions to its clients.

Provide IT solutions support for major corporate entities in the telecommunications, manufacturing, banking and finance sectors by providing end-to-end solutions based on Return-On-Investment-related principals using a global delivery model.

TICIT will assist Lybian corporations in defining and implementing comprehensive IT solutions throughout their organizations by providing IT solutions support personnel skilled in every facet of IT operations.
